Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

Every custom schematic undergoes rigorous DFM optimization. We balance copper/aluminum winding ratios, core materials (silicon steel, amorphous Metglas®, or powder metal), and thermal dissipation to ensure optimal performance at minimal unit cost.

100% Factory Acceptance Testing

Full compliance testing according to IEEE C57.12.91, IEC, UL, and CSA standards. All test data—including voltage ratios, current, power factor, loss dissipation, and efficiency—is recorded and archived for audit traceability.
